Come see movies in the making. Shelburne County has bee the home to several motion pictures with some very famous stars. Maybe you can catch some of these stars in action. Some movies made here were: The Scarlet Letter, Virginia's Run and Wonderful Willie to name a few. From what we know, there are two more planned for the fall of 2003. Bring comfortable shoes, you may have a good walk ahead of you. |

![]() | Construction began on farmland for the original nine hole course in 1959 and opened for play August 1, 1960. There have been many changes made to the original layout as additional land was acquired. There were two new holes put into play in 1993 and two additional holes opened for play in 1997..
